This policy explains what personal information Little Learners Printables collects, why, and how it is handled.
1. Who we are
Little Learners Printables sells printable activity ebooks. Business name and contact details for privacy questions: [To confirm: legal business name, contact email for privacy requests, country of operation].
2. Information we collect
- When you contact us: your name, email address, the reason for contacting us and your message.
- When you buy (once checkout is live): your name, email address, country, the product purchased, the order amount and currency, and a payment reference from our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, PIN or banking passwords — these are handled by the payment provider.
- Digital-product acknowledgement: the time you confirmed at checkout that you understood you were buying a digital download.
- Country for pricing: prices are shown for the pricing region you choose; until you choose, our prices for “other countries” are shown. The country you select at checkout is recorded with your order. We do not store your IP address for this.
- Region preference: if you choose a pricing region yourself, that choice is stored in your own browser (local storage) so prices stay in your currency. It is not sent to us.
- IP addresses: when you visit, your IP address reaches our hosting provider (see section 4), as it does with any website. Our website’s own code does not store or log IP addresses, and does not use them to choose prices or to limit requests. What our hosting provider records, and for how long, is separate from this: [To confirm: what the hosting provider logs and how long it keeps it].
- Campaign information: if you arrive through a link carrying campaign tags (
utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign,utm_content,utm_term), those tags and the page you arrived on are kept in your own browser for that tab’s session. Nothing is sent to us at that stage. If you submit the checkout form (once checkout is live), they are sent with it and recorded with your order, so we can see which campaigns lead to orders. They never affect the price, currency or payment. - Preventing abuse: to help prevent misuse, certain actions are subject to request limits over a period of ten minutes. For these checks, the website converts relevant identifiers, such as an email address or an order reference and access token, into hashed values used for counting requests. These values are held in temporary server memory rather than stored in the website’s database, and the website’s own code does not write them to its logs. The counting window is ten minutes, but the hashed values may remain in memory after that window ends. They are removed when the relevant entries are evicted, which happens only once more than 5,000 newer entries for the same kind of action have been recorded, or when the server process restarts. We do not claim a fixed maximum retention period for these in-memory values.
- Access records: for each purchased ebook we record when a protected download was authorized and how many times, so we can deliver your purchase, help with access problems and handle disputes. These records contain no IP address or device details, and they show that a download was started — not whether a file was opened or read.
- Invoices: an invoice is created for each paid order containing your name, email address, country, the product and the amount paid.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your messages.
- To process orders, give you access to your purchase and provide support.
- To send transactional emails about your order: the order confirmation with the link to your order page, your invoice, and a refund confirmation if an order is refunded.
- To keep the business informed about its own orders (internal notifications of sales, first access and refunds, showing only limited order details).
- To keep records required for accounting and tax [To confirm: applicable record-keeping obligations].
We do not sell your personal information. Buying an ebook does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
4. Services we use
This website is hosted by Hostinger, which also delivers its pages through its own network, so it handles what your browser sends when you visit, including your IP address.
At the time of writing, no payment provider, email provider, messaging service, spreadsheet service or analytics service is connected to this website. The following are planned and will be listed here by name, with what each receives, before they are switched on:
- a payment provider (takes your payment; we never receive your card details);
- an order database (stores order records);
- private file storage (holds the ebook files);
- an email provider (sends the transactional emails above);
- a messaging service used only to notify the business owner of orders, showing a first name and a partly hidden email address;
- an internal spreadsheet that mirrors order records for day-to-day administration.
[To confirm: final list of service providers and the countries where data is processed]
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses only the following:
- Browser local storage to remember a pricing region you choose yourself.
- Browser session storage, which is discarded when the tab is closed: the campaign information described in section 2 (
ll_attr) and, once checkout is live, a short note holding only an event name and a product id (ll_once:), so that opening checkout is not counted twice. - Security measures such as private, unguessable links for your order page and short-lived links for downloads.
No advertising or analytics cookies are used. If any are added later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated first. [To confirm: cookie/consent approach for the markets served]
6. How long we keep information
[To confirm: retention periods for order records and contact messages]
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to certain uses. Contact us to make a request. [To confirm: jurisdiction-specific rights wording (e.g. UK/EU GDPR, India DPDP Act, US state laws)]
8. Children
Our ebooks are for children to use, but purchases and contact are made by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and show the date of the latest version.
