Digital Product Refund & Return Policy

1. Digital products cannot be returned

A digital file cannot be handed back once access to it has been given. For that reason purchases are generally final once digital access to your order has been provided — that is, once a download of a purchased ebook has been authorized from your order page.

2. When a refund is generally not available

After digital access has been provided, we do not generally offer a refund only because:

• you changed your mind;
• the purchase was made by accident;
• you no longer want the product; or
• you expected a printed, physical book — each product page, the checkout and your order page state that these are digital downloads.

3. When we will put things right

Please contact us with your Order ID if:

• a file is materially defective or corrupted and will not open;
• you received a different product from the one you ordered;
• you cannot access what you bought because of a problem on our side; or
• you were charged more than once for the same order.

We will first try to fix the problem — usually by giving you a fresh download or a corrected file. Where the problem cannot be fixed, we will refund the order.

4. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits or removes any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, repair or replacement, that right applies whatever this policy says.

5. How refunds are made

• Refunds are issued through the original payment provider to the original payment method.
• An order is treated as refunded only once the payment provider confirms the refund.
• When an order is refunded, download access for that order ends.
• Your original invoice stays on record; you will receive a refund confirmation by email.
